4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okkplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are published in the Banking section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. okkplay processes verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed.
4.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your okkplay account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. okkplay complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. okkplay reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any fees are applied.
5.1 General. okkplay may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

9.3 Liability Cap. 9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. okkplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
